A range of services built around your life and needs.

Our team of clinicians have expertise in a range of modalities. Once we understand where you are, and where you want to go — we will design a personalized plan for your well-being.
Every person, circumstance, and situation is unique. We use our experience and expertise to help you navigate yours.

Individual Therapy
A member of our team will work through personal issues with you in a one-on-one setting, giving you the opportunity to talk through problems and solutions in a private and secure environment.
This type of therapy may be used in conjunction with other types of modalities we offer, such as Motivational Interviewing, Art Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. This therapeutic approach is shown to be beneficial in learning about behavioral patterns, expressing emotions and thoughts, resolving traumas, along with simply learning more about yourself.
Group Therapy
This is a form of psychotherapy where a small group will meet regularly under the guidance of one of our therapists to discuss and explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. The group setting provides a supportive environment where members can share experiences, offer support, and gain insight from others who may have similar issues.
Here at State Street Healing, we offer various types of support groups that can provide help for anger management, trauma, substance abuse, mindfulness, and more. Support groups change regularly; browse our current offers.

Family & Couples Therapy
Family and Couples Therapy can treat a wide range of clinical problems including depression, marital problems, anxiety, and child-parent problems. The unit of treatment is not just for one person, but every person in the relationship present. Such therapy is solution-focused, issue-specific, and designed with an end goal.
The approach is designed to be a collaborative form of psychotherapy that helps partners and family members improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger, healthier relationships. This approach recognizes relationship dynamics which can play a significant role in emotional well-being.
Medication Management
Medication management is the process of overseeing and optimizing a patient’s use of medications to ensure they are taken safely, effectively, and as prescribed.
This service is typically provided by staff psychiatrists and is essential for individuals who are taking multiple medications or have complex health conditions.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy helps individuals explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work through traumatic experiences.
Art therapists guide clients through creative processes using a wide range of art forms, including drawing, painting, sculpture, or collage. This process allows clients to express thoughts and feelings that may be difficult to articulate in words.
Art therapy can be beneficial for people of all ages but is especially helpful with children and adolescents who may not be comfortable in a more traditional therapy setting.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a counseling technique used for exploring and resolving ambivalence within individuals to facilitate behavior change.
This involves a collaborative conversation where the therapist encourages the person to express their own motivations for change. MI is often used in addressing issues like addiction, where hesitation about change is common, and it helps individuals find their internal motivation to make positive changes in their lives.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely used therapeutic approach that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors.
This approach helps individuals manage their emotions, improve problem-solving skills, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. CBT has been shown to be effective for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress.
