Meet the Administrative Team

Jude Alexandre, VP of Integrated Health Services, MSW


Jude Alexandre is the Vice President of Integrated Health for State Street Wellness. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Baruch College, and a Master’s of Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work. In addition he holds a certificate from Columbia University School of Business Senior Leadership Program. Jude has worked for over 23 years in the non-profit sector running programs that are under the auspices of New York State’s Department of Health (DOH), the Office of Health Insurance Planning (OHIP), the Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), and the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS).

Tom Haggerty, Assistant Vice President


Tom Haggerty brings over 30 years of management experience in both private and nonprofit entities to bear on his work as Assistant Vice President, Integrated Services. Most recently, Mr.Haggerty served as Executive Director, Behavioral Health Company, Chief Operating Officer in the medical imaging and consulting sectors as well as in health care education and training. He also brings experience from management positions with Wilfred American Education Corp, McMillan Corporation and The Ogden Corporation, and serves on the boards of the Harlem Arts Festival, Image Impact International, ACE Charter School, and more. He is a graduate of the J.L.Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Lynette Green, Senior Behavioral Health Officer, LCSW, SIFI


Lynette began her career at State Street Healing as the Clinical Supervisor and became the Clinic Director in September 2018. Her goal is to ensure that every client who seeks services has their needs assessed and that the treatment provided helps to alleviate the symptoms that brought them to the clinic. As a social work practitioner, Lynette has provided services to people across their lifespan. She utilizes a client-centered approach and works in collaboration with each client to plan their course of therapy. She prefers a brief therapy approach to focus on the most pressing reason for a person seeking therapeutic services while also combining various methodologies in her treatment approach as “one size doesn’t fit all". She likes to incorporate humor and love of music in her work with clients.

Robert Abel Grant, Associate Clinic Director, LCAT, ATR-BC, ATCS


Robert is an Artist and Creative Arts Therapist  providing art therapy to children , adults and families for over 30 years.  He uses the creative process with clients to encourage them to generate ideas, gain insight, motivation, and inspiration and to build new skills and confidence in managing  challenges. He also supervises and mentors graduate students,  guiding them in honing their skills as art therapists and developing their  identity as helping professionals.

Lillian T. Gonzalez, Clinical Supervisor, LCSW-R


Lillian is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and an empowering leader with extensive experience in behavioral health, program management, and clinical practice. She is a dynamic educator with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and their histories. She is dedicated to  improving staff skills, clinic operations, and client outcomes Her supervision focuses on enhancing staff expertise by  teaching  best practices, goal directed modalities, and empathic listening, She  is passionate about working with youth in  foster careand partnering with families to enhance communication, relationships and successful parenting.

Barbara Castro, Clinical Supervisor, LCSW, CASAC


Barbara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and a Certified Alcohol and Substance UseCounselor (CASAC) with over 25 years experience providing clinical services. She has held  positions inQuality Assurance, Clinical Supervision, Clinical treatment  and was a Program Director for a non-profit working in collaboration with the NYC Department of Education.   She joined the  State Street Healing team to provide expert clinical supervision to the therapists in the Outpatient Mental HealthClinic. Barbara has a particular interest and expertise in suicide prevention and  intervention techniques.

Gigi Harmon, Intake Coordinator


Gigi obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services and has experience in the fields of foster care, domestic violence, and counseling.She has completed the educational requirements to become a Licensed ClinicalMarriage and Family Therapists (LCMFT). Her main objective is to empower families by providing the tools that will give them the ability to help themselves. Her focus is to help Her goal is to help them break generational cycles of negative and maladaptive behaviors by using evidence-based treatment  models of that promote growth, healing, positive outcomes, and overall good mental and physical health.

For over 150 years, Heartshare St. Vincent’s Family Services has been championing and empowering the New Yorkers society has too often overlooked and underestimated. Every single New Yorker — no matter their circumstance — deserves to be listened to, respected, and given the opportunity​ to thrive and contribute to society.

Each year St. Vincent’s provides a continuum of service & support to over 8,000 children, youth, and families dealing with trauma related to family separation, poverty, and mental health struggles. As new needs arise, this organization steps up to meet them.
